I stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel was beautiful and clean. The location had spectacular views and was stunningly close to the ski lifts. The staff were outstandingly accommodating all the time. The property is located in the center of the city. Loved the food at Pizzeria Zum Casar, which is at a moderate distance from the venue.

The location was great, just a short walk to the cable cars and ski schools. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of bread and cereals. We also enjoyed the view of the mountains from our room, it was breathtaking.
Our stay was ruined by a few things. the room was too hot and there was no air conditioning, which made sleeping at night almost impossible.

The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, with the convenience of a toilet just across the hall. The thoughtful touch of finding the key and a charming letter upon arrival made me feel instantly welcomed. Though I didn't encounter much staff, the cleaning lady was very kind. The availability of maps and the cozy lobby with its refrigerator and coffee machine were added bonuses. Being able to close the shutters and create a dark sleeping environment was a major plus. Traveling with my little one was a breeze, thanks to the shared shower/toilet and the warm and hospitable owner and staff. it was fantastic value for money.

Our Thanksgiving trip was great! We were pleased with the complementary hot chocolate and coffee, which were offered every afternoon. the location was fantastic, only a short walk from the ski lift and several restaurants. the balcony gave us a beautiful view of the mountains. there were sufficient parking spaces.
The bathrooms were quite disappointing. We had to share one toilet and one shower with at least eight other rooms.

The basic amenities are all there, except for air conditioning, but with the cool mountain breeze, it's hardly missed. The breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

Located in the heart of a charming town, the hotel was a wonderful find. the central location allowed us to explore the town with ease, as everything was so close by. the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with a lovely breakfast to start our day off right. We especially appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. the lobby was a great place to relax in, with the convenience of a refrigerator and coffee machine.
Our only small quibble was with the optional data processing forms included in the registration, but it didn't detract from an overall great stay.
